Serenity Point Counseling is a family owned Limited Liability Company, dedicated to serving those who suffer from the disease of addiction.

Our Mission is to provide the highest quality of services to the community, patients and their loved ones by being respectful, upholding dignity, showing compassion and offering genuine care.

Alcoholism and other Drug Addiction is a chronic, progressive, predictable, relapsing disease; left untreated, it can lead to the deterioration of the individual, their health and their family.

Our counselors are trained professionals who have met the educational and internship requirements for Certified Chemical Dependency Professionals as required by the Washington State Department of Health.
Many of our Certified Chemical Dependency Professionals are also Masters and Bachelor level Social Workers. Our Counselors utilize and practice evidence-based practices that include Motivational Interviewing, Twelve Step Facilitation Therapy, Relapse Prevention Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapies depending on the assessment process and identification of patient's individual needs.

Serenity Point Counseling Services is a 12-Step Philosophical Program. We believe that the principles of the 12-Step programs, if followed correctly, can be one of the most successful modalities for good, life-long recovery.
Recovery is a life-long process of growth and change that for many begins after years of substance abuse that has lead to problems in the areas of family, legal, employment, school, physical health, mental health and loss of self-respect.
The severity and devastation of addiction ranges for individuals in the early stages of addiction; the doctors, the lawyer, college or high school student, to those in the severe stage who have lost their families, jobs health and freedom.
Treatment is only the beginning of that process. Serenity Point Counseling Services employs and trains staff members with this understanding. Many of us are in our own recovery and understand that regardless of how many years of recovery we have, it all starts in treatment where we find support, knowledge of the disease. Treatment is...
Where the Path to Peace Begins.
